The Opportunity:

The Internal Communication Cell at CRMNEXT is looking for a creative, innovative, and enthusiastic professional for the role of copywriter. As a member of the Internal Communications team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of campaigns (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), brainstorm ideas, create concepts, and develop messaging. The person will work closely with the in-house and external design teams and campaign leaders. The most successful copywriter will be a quick learner with a versatile writing style.

Responsibilities :

- Write high-engagement content that builds and resonates a brand persona and reflects our brand's voice

- Produce error-free copy that adheres to the company's guidelines.

- Write original copy and edit content for a range of communications materials

- Easily adapt content for a variety of communication channels keeping in sync with the target audience

- Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce persuasive copy concepts

- Propose copy concepts and articulate underlying strategic thinking

- Collaborate with the team from concept development to delivery of the final product, in developing and executing communications plans

- Good understanding of SEO, content optimization, and nuances of social media writing

- Revise copy based on feedback/direction

- Maintain and organize the assets developed

Required Skillset :

-Creativity and Adept at Problem Solving Skills

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication

- Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and create excellent team dynamics

Qualifications :

- Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or related field

- Minimum 1-5 years professional copywriting experience with solid portfolio of work

- Exceptional writing and research skill

- Ability to work with a team to meet deadlines

- Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability

- A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design

Reports To: Manager: Manager - Corporate Communications and PR
