What would you do ?

- If you have a deep understanding of business software users' psychology and enjoy solving complex problems, passionate about carefully researching customer needs and developing great communication strategies to answer them, we have the perfect job for you!

- Leverage analyst reports/market data to develop content themes/topics and assist in developing assets that support the company point of view and educate customers

- Responsible for driving messaging and positioning for new products features, solutions, and competitive intelligence.

- Work closely with product teams, customer success teams, and sales teams to develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market

- Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research

- Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing team

- Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product

- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product

- Create product collaterals such as product notes, brochures, release documents, roadmap, case studies, videos, website copy, blogs, etc.

- Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas

What are we looking for?

- Creative bent of mind with a knack for translating complex technical concepts into easy to understand ideas

- Good Analytical Skills and Adept at Problem Solving Skills

- Outstanding Content, Communication, and Presentation skills

- Ability to work seamlessly in a team environment and create excellent team dynamics

- Previous working experience in Product Marketing for 2 to 4 years

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
