- Our client is a Bangalore-based company offering comprehensive career planning assessment (CCPA) certification and platform to 4200+ institutions/organizations and professional counselors across 27+ countries for over 12 years. Their comprehensive platform is considered a benchmark in the industry. Their team consists of qualified and experienced experts from psychology, education, design, and IT, investing in extensive research and development.

- At the core, they are a premium technology solutions and service provider to career counselors, educationists, aspiring counselors, psychologists, and ed-tech companies to help them set up, establish and scale their own career counseling and study-abroad business vertical.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Being responsible for sales of CRM products as a Service.

- Scheduling and conducting product demonstrations on assigned leads.

- Communicating the benefits and features of the CRM system to potential clients, and close sales by addressing any objections or concerns.

- Performing CRM Demos to be scheduled and conducted for CXO and decision-makers.

- Creating and implementing sales strategies, as well as analyzing sales data and adjusting tactics as needed to meet sales goals.

-Understanding the business requirements of clients and be able to provide technology solutions that meet those needs.

- Properly updating the business CRM on the lead status and communicating with prospects as per their lead stage.

- Constantly being in touch with prospects through knowledge sharing and industry update communication.

- Concluding the deal with agreed-upon pricing and onboarding the clients.

- Coordinating with the operations and accounts team to get a smooth client onboarding experience.

Ideal Candidate :

- You have at least 2 years experience within a Inside Sales, CRM Management or Business Development / Account Management (B2B) role, ideally within the Education industry.

- Experience within inside Sales is a must.

- Must have experience handling CRM software.

- Experience covering Professional Services is strong plus.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You have working experience with written and spoken English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
