Years of Experience : 5-9 years
Responsibilities :
1. The candidate will be responsible for various activities like Transfers preparation of Transfer sets, Registries, Possession, Sale agreements/ATS & Builder/MCG Mutation/Buyer Agreement/Tripartite
2. The candidate will be managing Brokerage Follow up's with developers & builders
3. Preparation of MIS and Reports & Documentation should be strong in MS Excel.
4. Strong knowledge of CRM documentation and shall be able to manage all backend work independently or with minimal guidance. Would be required to go to MCG office and builder office to resolve clients concern and query.
Required skill set:
- Ability to develop and retain long term Business Relationships.
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
- Preferably from Real estate Industry
- Desire to Succeed and Advance to higher level.
- Maintains high Personal and Moral Standards.
- Enjoys acquiring Knowledge and Skills to enhance performance.
