Handling the Residential & Commercial Township project in Pune
- To achieve given target by management with team.
- Attend the customers and present the details of the Units and Location& Handle negotiation part.
- Assisting for documentations such as customer loan sanction, Agreement drafting, checking ®istration, PaymentReceipt, Builder NOC & Demand Letter.
- Handling Customer Relationship Management for project recovery
- Interaction with banks and customers and answering their queries.
- Experience of handling ERP Software
- Handle broker's network and contribution through channel sales.
- Preparing report for management.
- Promoting new launches and responsible for achieving launches Target.
- Market analysis & Timely update team & management.
- Proper coordination with team executives and various departments.
- Represent the company during Corporate Presentations & Property Exhibitions
