- Experience required between 3-4 years in Hotels / Clubs etc
- Should have a pleasing personality with minimum height 5.4
- Should have got excellent communication skills
- Should have secured minimum 75% in Secondary / 10TH

- Should be a graduate
The key responsibilities are as follows :
- Identifying new sales leads and pitching the services of the company, for example, organizing events.
- Will be responsible for vendor management, negotiations and execution of all kinds of events.
- Responsible for market coverage through a strong penetration in the corporate sector.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Preparing powerpoint presentations and sales displays.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company's services.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
