Who are we looking for ?

Looking for smart, and passionate individuals, raring to make an impact, to be part of the Career Outcomes Business Team at Crio.Do

What you'll do ?

- Take Crio's verified talent offering to tech companies across the country and help them hire top tech talent

- Identifying and establishing partnerships to drive career outcomes for Crio Graduates

- Prospecting companies/potential partners, identifying and reaching out to key stakeholders, pursuing inbound leads and generating outbound leads

- Prepare sales collateral appropriate for needs and audience (CXO, TA Head etc) with excellent communication skills

- Managing a clear sales funnel and driving closures with structured approach

- Developing strategies to maximize results from the existing accounts.

- Relationship management and regular interactions with all the major accounts for customer retention

- Working closely with core team on both business and product side, to highlight customer requirements, industry trends, product feedback

Should have :

- 2-5 years experience in Outbound consultative sales in Staffing/Recruitment solutions or SaaS/Enterprise solutions

- Proven track record of achieving aggressive targets

- Excellent presentation & communication skills

- Fair understanding technology

- Experience of selling to key stakeholders (CTO, HR, TA head etc) in Technology industry is a plus
