Job Description:

We are looking for Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese candidates to work with us for various profiles or departments like Marketing, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management, etc. The job roles are interesting and ideal for those interested in learning English in a natural manner. We are looking for candidates who would enjoy working in a challenging environment and have the enthusiasm and ambition to be part of our organization which is young and dynamic.

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in learning English and becoming fluent in spoken English in a natural manner. The environment requires you to interact with English-speaking professionals, who, by way of work interaction, will also help to enhance your spoken English. The team works with many expat staff members and is very understanding of the challenges of English. Small but significant cultural and language aspects are well understood like speaking English slowly, using simpler words etc. From our experience, we have seen multiple Japan/ Korea/ Taiwan nationals become good in English. This is a very natural process and does not put pressure on learning English. The Associate will also be provided the opportunity to attend English classes, sponsored by Crimson, to help improve the English language.

What this role will offer-

- Interact with clients and address client queries and resolve client feedback

- Play an active role in not only meeting but also exceeding client satisfaction

- Provide guidance and information as per client requirements

- Provide advice on positioning, marketing, and development of our services from the perspective of Japanese/Korean/Taiwanese cultural acceptance

- Customer relationship management (CRM) - assist CRM team in various CRM initiatives

- Handling client queries via phone & emails (incoming & outgoing)

- Identify potential clients and convert them to increase sales

Prerequisites/Key Characteristics and Skills required:

- Should have at least a Bachelor's degree in any field

- No experience required (freshers and experienced, both are invited)

- Basic English and traditional Japanese/Taiwanese/Korean writing skills

- Multitasking and flexibility to work across various projects based on client requirement

- Eagerness to work in a multicultural/team environment
