Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, including influencer marketing, aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.

2. Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Wechat, Line, and emerging platforms.

3. Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and voice.

4. Identify and on-board relevant influencers aligned with the brand's values and goals, negotiating terms and contracts as needed.

5. Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential risks.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, content writing and design, to ensure seamless integration of social media and influencer marketing initiatives with overall marketing campaigns.

7. Develop and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts and influencer collaborations to optimize engagement and reach.

8. Implement paid social media campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, and performance analysis to maximize ROI.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in social media management,

3. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing social media strategies that resulted in increased engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.

4. Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, tools, analytics, and trends.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
