- Due to rapid expansion, Delhi's leading Property Maintenance Company is looking for results driven and target oriented Business Development Executives for contacting and meeting with potential clients to promote the company's service whilst working to set sales targets.

- As with all business development roles, there will be targets in place and we do expect a lot from our colleagues. We want you to have the right attitude to business generation; a resilient approach; robust organisational skills and a total focus on achieving your targets and helping grow this fantastic business. The opportunities are endless and the earning potential exceptional. Responsibilities:

- Generating and developing new business leads across all our portfolio of services.

- Building up your own pipeline of business, creating and executing sales pitches.

- Acquiring new business through first approaches and negotiation to meet targets.

- Proactively manage sales processes, negotiating and concluding sales contracts, monitor and track the progress of your contracts with the Operations team.

- Help identify new verticals, avenues and markets for the Company to grow.

- Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to generate new business.

Your Skills :

- Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors with the desire to succeed and grow with the company.

- Confident, Persuasive and Assertive.

- Excellent face to face communication skills and the ability to present and pitch services.

- Ability to ability to convince and influence decision makers.

- At least 3 years experience in a similar role in a related industry or associated background would be preferred, but is not essential.

- You must be an exceptional communicator, with a strong personality, capable of directing conversation with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 200,000 to 300,000/year + Benefits + Incentives
