Crewman Solution - Executive - Telesales (0-3 yrs)
We are looking for Telesales Executives who drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing of product knowledge.
Responsibilities Of Candidates Include :
- Inbound & Outbound Sales Process
- Call Existing And Potential Customers To Inform, Influence, And Sell The Company's Products And Services
- Accurately Record Details Of Customer's Purchase Orders
- Process Customer Purchases
- Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business
- Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
- Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
- Product Type - Ayurvedic Medicines.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduation degree in any stream and average communication skills
- Require a Minimum of 6 Months of Experience in Telesales / Outbound Sales /Inside Sales/Customer Service/Inbound Sales.
