Salary Package: up to 2.5 Lakhs per annum (Additionaly, Good Incentives + PF + Medical Benefits + Annual Bonus)

Age Bar: upto 29 years

12 th Pass/10th pass (must be having experience in Food industry)

JOB PURPOSE:

Under the supervision of the Restaurant Management Team, Crew Members are responsible for delivering hospitality excellence to our customers while simultaneously managing their core job responsibilities. It is our goal that through teamwork, clear communication and organization that we operate at a level that is at the best in our field

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assembling and preparing menu items according to eat. Fit standards

- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.

- Managing inventory of ingredients during a shift and alerting management if any ingredient needs replenishment

- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

- Maintain high customer interaction and satisfaction.

- Implement right practices of customer engagement.
