Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders onto Sage
- Assisting with general customer queries such as delivery dates, expiry dates etc.
- Problem solving and processing of any customer claims
- Invoicing of customer orders
- Hospital enquiries and supply statuses
- Liaising with the warehouses on order timelines and scheduled deliveries
- General office administration and filing
- Keep knowledge up to date about regulatory guidelines
