Credvent - Associate - Telecalling - Voice Process (0-1 yrs)
We are looking for an enthusiastic voice process executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our services.
Responsibilities :
Outbound Calling :
- Place outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote services.
- Engage with prospects in a friendly and persuasive manner.
- Present information about products or services to potential customers.
- Highlight key features and benefits to generate interest.

Overcome Objections :
- Address concerns or objections raised by prospects.
- Provide additional information to alleviate doubts and encourage a positive response.
Maintain Records :
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls, including outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Update customer information in the database.
Follow-up Calls :
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads .Build and maintain a rapport with potential customers.
Customer Feedback :
- Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams.
