CredR - Territory Manager - Sales (4-6 yrs)

Role Purpose :


This role oversees the daily sales operations of sales executives working in an assigned geographical area. S/he is responsible to develop effective execution strategies, ensure that sales targets are met and train sales executives to enhance performance.

Role Responsibilities :

- Achieve monthly/quarterly exchange targets as assigned by company

- Making sure all OEM dealership assigned should be transacting on a monthly basis

- Devise execution plan, identify and develop various business channels to increase exchange

- Maintain cordial relationships with OEM dealers by ensuring mutually agreeable needs are met

- Dispose all those exchanged motorcycles which are not absorbed by Franchise Vertical

- Constantly be abreast with competitors- sales activity and strategies within the assigned territory

- Attending trade shows to promote company products and services as and when required

- Ensuring the team is exchanging vehicles based on company criteria and process

- Review team's sales performance on weekly/monthly basis

- Periodically identify and take corrective action for performance improvements of executives

Other Must Have Details :

- Experience Required - Minimum 4 years of Field Sales Experience

- Travel - Intra City (Inter City as per company requirements)

- Has a good understanding of channel & distribution management

- B-2-B experience preferred

- Currently handling a team of 4 - 5 sales executives

- Should have personal vehicle with proper documents

- Sourcing Industry

- Telecom or E-Commerce or Banking or Insurance
