5+ years of experience in managing Google/Facebook/Instagram ads & affiliates

- Experience in handling and implementation of GTM & other tracking codes.

- Experience in handling app install campaigns and increase app install through with proven strategies

-Create, implement, track, analyze and optimize online marketing campaigns using Google Adwords, Facebook and Programmatic tools, App installs campaigns

-Learn and implement campaigns on new Digital Advertising platforms, including snapshot. Drive campaign success metrics including CTR, CPC and CPA by closely monitoring delivery and analytics

-Ability to constantly drive campaign optimization to leverage data to drive actionable insights & recommendations.

-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

-Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences

- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

- Set specific objectives and report on ROI

- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

- Oversee social media accounts- design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
