Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Knowledge of sales processes and sales cycle for retail

- Proactive and process Oriented

- Adapt to changing business environments, solve problems and take advantage of opportunities to create sales

- Work cross-functionally and partner with key stakeholders within the organization

- Open to travelling basis business requirements

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Onboarding of New Franchisees and regional franchisees for the business

- Onboarding of investors for COCO stores

- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads

- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support

- Assisting Franchisee in scouting appropriate location

- Participate in events and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospective franchisee

- Work on the enquiries, coordinating and follow up with leads till final closure

- Generate and nurture leads through various marketing activities such as cold calling, campaigning, through Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way

- Tracking data with regular reporting

Expected Background :

- Min 5 years of Dealer Development or Franchise Development experience

- Graduation in any faculty

Preferred Organisations / Industry :

- Lenskart, FirstCry, Mahindra 1st choice, 3M

- Automobile Dealer Development Professionals

- Candidates who have worked in Tourism or Holiday Industry
