CredR - Executive - Inside Sales/Telesales (1-6 yrs)
We are hiring telesales executives as per the following criteria.
Job Location: Bangalore ( Indiranagar), work from office
Candidates must speak English, Hindi and Kannada
Candidates with experience into credit card / gold loan / personal loan sales are preferable.
Role and responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling Outbound Calls.
- Call prospective clients & explain product & services
- Arrange meetings & have followed up with the potential customers to prospect for new business
- Generate leads for the sales team
- Responding to incoming email & phone enquiries
- Listen attentively to customers need
- Must have sound knowledge of Online marketing concepts
- Achieving monthly given targets
- Daily reporting
Candidate Description :
- Fluency in English, Hindi &Kannada is a must. Also, known to any other local language like Telugu, Tamil, etc will be added advantage
- Excellent Written & oral communication
- Go-getter attitude
- Able to work in pressure & adaptable
- Good convincing power
- Able to work in a team & also take initiatives
