Job purpose :

The primary role of the Exchange Executive is to carry out a wide range of motorcycle exchanges within a given timeline after inspecting the documents and vehicle itself.

Roles and responsibilities :

- He/She should build and maintain a healthy between the Showroom representatives and the Customers they interact with.

- Ensure that the exchanged vehicles are inspected thoroughly after taking a test ride.

- Ensure that the documentation collected from Clients are properly examined and handed over to the warehouse Admin.

- Monthly targets need to be broken down to per day exchanges, which need to be fulfilled.

- All Walk-in Lead's Data should be captured and submitted to the respective managers by EOD.

- To educate and nurture the relationship between themselves and the Showroom staff so that Competition is eliminated.

- To make sure that their training is attended and utilized to the fullest

- Has to attend to the Marketing Activities that have been assigned to drive sales.

- Has to continuously be updated with new Sales tools.

- Report sales and training numbers through the tools given by Company.

Candidate Description :

- Possess the skills to do their work confidently and professionally.

- Should be able to read and write English, Hindi and Marathi

- Produce results that are at or above standard.

- Keep their skills current and seek ways to continually improve their skills. They welcome the chance to learn and use a new technology.

- Share their knowledge with others and are willing to train others in their area of expertise. They also share what they have learned at training seminars, workshops or other learning events.

- Are recognized by peers and/or customers as being a technical or functional expert.

- Should possess a valid Indian Riders License

- Should have basic spark-ignition internal combustion engine fundamentals.
