Post Sales Services - Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables :
- Taking care of Customer Post Sales Services and Query
- From Complaint handling to Resolution using Field Mechanics
- Rectifying Customers Complaints
- Conduct a Root Cause Analysis to understand the problem the customer is facing.
- Plan journey for mechanics along with scheduling, ensure proper coordination is done so that there are no gaps while execution.
- To ensure timely submission of the Solutions to the customer for spare parts and service contracts
- Ensure submission of relevant bills & invoices for work done through service centers / external vendors
- Coordinate with Spares and warehouse team for mechanic work to be done in-house.
- Liaoning with CX - OPS, Refurb and Spares team.
- Timely Resolution to Queries and Complaints raised.
- Generation of Daily and Monthly Reports
- Managing and Optimizing the Monthly Budget Assigned
- Handling service team, guiding them and focusing on product performance and customer feedback.
- Handling customer relations/calls & interfacing with the customers in order to understand their requirements & subsequent repairs.
- Attend all kinds of breakdown calls received from the customers & ensure timely servicing at the customer's place.
- Work with the internal Customer Service team to provide claim wise necessary information so that timely closure along with dates can be communicated to the customer.
- Maintain claim-wise data, should be conversant in using mobile/desktop applications.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets with respect to Door-2-Door servicing.
Key Behavioral / Skill Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience of Team Handling
- Has a keen eye for details, data interpretation and making a logical inference
- Ability to work as an Individual Contributor
- Ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of a Startup
- Takes accountability to solve problems and escalate at the right time to right people
