CreditWise Capital - Sales Development Specialist (5-9 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Train and manage a team of Sales Development Associate (SDAs) who are focused on qualifying leads, setting meetings, and delivering high quality opportunities to sales executives that will drive successful deals to closing

- Implement strategy and vision for the team in support of sales goals and create a scalable infrastructure to support high growth

- Analyze business and industry trends and implement best practices to continue to evolve the team to stay ahead in conjunction with sales team

- Report regularly on team tacking and attainment results vs business plan

- Lead individual reps to define specific action plans and career path guidance in line with their personal motivations and strengths

- Outbound pipeline generation in target accounts based on Propensity to buy and inbound pipeline generation through Marketing leads (events/webinars, social and digital marketing)

- Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive demand generation, planning and execution of effective campaigns

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of lead generation programs and introduce programs and process efficiencies to drive more sales

- Measures: Pipeline generated, Pipeline converted, Number of opportunities flipped to sales executives

Desired Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in sales/sales development, account planning, marketing research and/or consulting

- Experience with managing first- and third-party research and tools

- Excellent project management, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to translate complex ideas into simple stories. Ability to move from idea to execution quickly

- Natural leader, with ability to take action and challenge the status quo and the ability to be successful under limited or zero direction

- Excellent analytical skills, with ability to see granular as well as big picture issues
