Job Responsibilities :

- To identify new partnerships, leverage mutual strengths and achieve ambitious results for both the stakeholders.

- Assess the market, and identify and drive new acquisition opportunities (PAN INDIA)

- Identify new clients in the post COVID 19 era and achieve abnormal revenue growth

- Manage and negotiate complex relationships and large-scale contracts

- Should have the ability to collect money in liquidity crunch economy

- Should be able to manage high potential team of young professionals

What we're looking for :

- 7+ years of sales management and business development experience

- Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Exceptional communication skills with diverse client culture

- Strong analytical skills & loves playing with numbers and familiar with project management tools

- Comfortable working with lockdown and post lockdown working environment

- To identify new partnerships, negotiate deal terms, on board and manage new partners

- Assess the market, and identify and drive new acquisition opportunities (PAN INDIA)

- To ensure his team follows Credihealth practices and maintains an updated database of territory leads.

- Lead the business development cycle from start to finish, identifying new accounts, and revenue growth areas and drive the BD pipeline to deal close and partnership launch

- Manage and negotiate complex relationships and large-scale contracts with every size and stage of company.

- Should be well-versed with the procedures for handling reconciliation, payment collection

- Regularly sending reports and MIS to Company management for status of Collection, Default cases and Action taken for recovery.

- To maintain the highest standard and commitment to his team and share high levels of motivation with other team members.

What we're looking for :

- 3+ years of sales management and business development experience

- Ability to define, develop and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value

- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrated skill in requirements gathering, resource organization, and schedule development

- Understanding of Credihealth strategic and competitive position

- Reconciliation of the existing accounts and to get into the details and produce output

- Proven track record of working in a high-volume, collaborative environment

- Comfortable with unpredictable work hours, and a keen observer of market conditions

- Good experience in Reconciliation, Collections Strategy, Control and Compliance.
