Customer Success Manager
Job Type : Full Time Qualification : Any UG/PG Degree Job Location : Bangalore/ Work from home
KRA's (Key Responsibility Areas): Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage relationship with customers professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken by the customer.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
- Coordination with the internal team for to ensure proper delivery of service to customers.
Skill-Sets Required: Advanced proficiency & Fluency in English & Hindi. MS Office - Word & Excel
Qualifications & Experience: Any Under-Graduation Degree - Team Management Experience (not-mandatory) - Customer-Handling Experience (not-mandatory)
Soft Skills Needed :
- Ability to listen and De-escalate tense situations with customers
- Professional Communication with Customers & other Business partners
