The Role :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build Tribe's brand presence and attract a diverse audience to our training centers.

- Lead visual design initiatives, ensuring that all marketing materials resonate with our target demographics while maintaining brand consistency.

- Manage and grow Tribe's social media profiles, creating engaging content that inspires and connects with our community.

- Collaborate with the sports training teams to promote our programs, athletes, and events, highlighting the success stories and achievements within our Tribe.

- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to keep Tribe at the forefront of the sports and fitness industry.

- Organize and oversee promotional events to increase brand awareness and community engagement.

- Foster relationships with media and stakeholders to enhance Tribe's visibility and reputation.

Qualifications :

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.

- Proven experience in branding, visual design, advertising, and social media management, with a portfolio to showcase your work (preferred but not mandatory).

- A passion for sports and fitness, with a keen interest in developing inclusive and engaging community initiatives.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead projects and inspire others.

- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset, capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment.
