Creative Manager/ Graphic Designer(Real Estate) 

- Our Client is a leading Real Estate Group we are looking for a candidate for this position must be under 30 years, and be passionate about all things design, and come with 4-10 years of experience of which 2-4 years should be as a part of a MNC network agency with consumer clients.

- Alternatively, he/she should have worked with the communication design team of a leading brand.

- The role is for a team member who is passionate about design and has the drive to be part of the fast moving team.

- He/she must be imaginative, innovative and interested from concept to execution and carve out a new space for the brand. Must be a self-starter capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities :

- Designing of all brand, communication, customer experience, and marketing collaterals across all platforms and projects.

Job Description :

- Design customized deliverables as per team and stakeholders needs.

- Good spoken and written communication of English and ability to handle Agency Deliverables.

- Strong understanding of Brand and Corporate Brand Guidelines and ability to create and supervise creatives based on the same.

- Manage deliverables for a large variety of marketing activities, including branding, advertising, product literature design, customer experience, site experience design, digital campaigns and asset design, among others.

- Develop all required collaterals by understanding the product, purpose, channel and audience while aligning on the overall corporate and product brand guidelines.

- Possess an excellent understanding of visual design principles, style guidelines, design processes, and creative workflow. Must have a strong sense of design quality and pixel perfection.

- Drawing skills/Illustration or video editing will be an added bonus.

- Possesses a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

- Creation of aesthetic & effective visual designs for campaigns and other internal design requirements that may come up from time to time.

- Work under limited supervision and be driven to create excellence in every work.

- Must have a can-do, will-do attitude.

- Needs to be able to maintain consistency and neatness in all design outputs.

Qualifications :

- Location: Pune, India

- Active / Updated Behance Profile Mandatory

- 2-8 years of experience in communication design in an agency or an established brand.

- 1 - 2 years Postgraduate in a communication / design programme will be a good-to-have

- Has in-depth knowledge of all industry-standard software, design & editing platforms (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects). Any other software can be a bonus.
