Creative Lead - Graphic Designing - Internet/Online (6-8 yrs)
Creative Lead
Roles & Responsibilities :
- He/She will be required to work closely with the upper management and guide the design team and help them navigate, ideate and convey these ideas and ensure that they are implemented perfectly.
- Come up with fresh and unique out-of-the-box ideas to drive the company's vision forward
- Produce sketches/mockups/wireframes/storyboards to help visualize the ideas
- Have a clear understanding of marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and the target audience
- Direct cross-functional teams and supervise them till the final output and to ensure that it is as per the requirement
- Support and communicate with other designers for effective implementation
- Stay updated with the dynamic trends and best practices of the industry
- Create artworks and collaterals that align with the company's vision
- Boost the company's presence in the targeted markets
Requirements & skills :
- A Bachelor's degree in graphic designing or a related field
- Proven working experience as a Creative Lead/Director
- Experience with logo designing, typography, color, web layout designing, print production, image selection and package designing
- Proficiency in visual communication through InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- Efficient graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- A team player with effective communication and presentation skills
- An eye for detail, a thirst for knowledge and a drive to succeed
- Needs to be a game-changer in the creative field
