- Responsible for development and implementation of the brand design strategy, organizing the designated design team, ensure that goals and objectives set are attainable; provide necessary business information; create and maintain channels to enable team members to do their work; follow through on action assignments; report team progress and give guidance to team members
- Internal communication to streamline and standardize service quality in-line with the company positioning. Day to day leadership of the account, team and client, and ensuring best in class work is delivered consistently.
- Proactively participate in brand strategy discussions.
- Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization
- 6-7 years of proven experience in graphic design for digital.
- Experience in creating Multiple Formats including Digital and Print Ready Files
- Thorough understanding of design fundamentals and the process involved from conceptualisation phase to implementation.
