Creative Designer (3-5 yrs)
As a Creative Designer, primary role is to conceptualize and create visually appealing, innovative, and captivating designs for various mediums, such as digital, print, and multimedia. Creative contributions will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand identity,marketing campaigns, and user experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Design Conceptualization: Develop original design concepts, graphics, and layouts based on project objectives, target audience, and creative briefs.
Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual content for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
Brand Identity : Collaborate with the team to maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design elements and marketing materials.
Print Materials : Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed collateral, ensuring high-quality output for offline marketing efforts.
User Interface (UI) Design : Craft user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites and applications, optimizing the user experience.
Project Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the project goals.
Creativity and Innovation : Stay updated with design trends and emerging technologies, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that all designs are of high quality and error-free before final delivery.
Software Proficiency : Proficiently use industry-standard design software tools, such as
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and relevant design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Feedback Incorporation : Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continually refine and improve designs.
File Management : Maintain organized and easily accessible design files and assets.
Visual Storytelling: Create designs that tell compelling stories, enhancing the overall messaging and impact of the brand
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work. Working experience in a ad agency is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Adaptability and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
