Job Description & Job Summary

Creative Supervisor/Lead Designer will produce creative copywriting solutions to address marketing needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Work collaboratively with art and online team to bring better of two worlds - Offline and Digital, which includes copy for brochure designs, event assets, website content, and unique social media posts, across different verticals.

- Conceptualizing and execution of the campaigns / themes across the different platforms

- Creation of corporate as well as go-to-markets collaterals with the relevant concepts / themes.

- Creation of script / copy for corporate videos / social media videos.

- Creation of style guides.

- Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas both verbally and visually.

- Co-ordinating with media and development team to amplify the creative message.

- Ability to quickly understand, analyse, and respond to requirements.

- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- 4-6 yrs of experience.

- Bachelor degree in any discipline.

- Strong influencing and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

- Must be organised, analytical, and dynamic.

- Eye for detail and sharp focus on quality.

- Capable of understanding technology and application of same in consumer and enterprise businesses.

- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

- Candidates with exposure to Ad agency projects are an added advantage
