Creative Buffer - Executive - Business Development (3-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Upwork Sales :
- Identify and target potential clients on Upwork who require IT products and services.
- Create compelling proposals, respond to client inquiries, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships on the Upwork platform.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through Upwork projects.
2. Direct Sales (IT Products) :
- Prospect, identify, and reach out to potential clients in the IT industry (Some Data will be provided)
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT product solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our products.
- Meetings with client (local / overseas)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and follow up on opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Continuously seek opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT products.
Qualifications :
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in both Upwork and Direct Sales for IT products.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
