Creative Buffer - Executive - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving the growth of the company. This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting the products or services that align with those needs. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
1. Market Research :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions.
2. Lead Generation :
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Qualify leads and assess their potential for business.
3. Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
4. Sales and Business Pitching :
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to promote the company's products or services.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of all bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
