Job Description :

Join a fast scaling Indian PROPTECH backed by some of India's largest real estate groups and leaders. We are looking for a passionate and seasoned Campaign Manager - Social Media to join the CRE Matrix team.

What you'll do :

- Conceptualize, design, and execute creative campaigns to deliver growth through the funnel.

- Own growth marketing channel strategy and campaign execution, driving engagement and conversion for CRE Matrix products

- Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle to optimize app downloads and website visits

- Oversee all company social media accounts management

- Experience in creating engaging, creative, innovative content for regular scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

- Coordinate social media messaging

- Manage social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction in the coming future

- Audit and analyze social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns

- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement

- Interviews, hires, and trains social media team members when needed

- Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product updates, ad campaigns, or other brand messages

- Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces

- Familiar with social media and marketing automation tools

- Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand opportunities for growing our products.

- Familiar with Retention Marketing Tools

- Collaborate with many cross-functional teams, including Research, Business and Tech teams.

Who You Are :

- You have a strong understanding of consumer mobile apps.

- You have 2+ years' experience in running successful media campaigns, A/B Testing and social media handles

- You are motivated to stay updated with upcoming marketing trends

- You are comfortable with Excel to analyze your own work.

- You understand marketing funnels and know how to optimize and drive each stage.

- You are self-sufficient and have a good sense for design, copy, and behavioural psychology.

- You're a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike.

- You're comfortable developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights.

- You have experience with tools like Meta for Business, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Clever tap, Web engages, media planning

- Familiar with DV360(Programmatic Advertising)

- You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
