Medical Sales Representative: Orthopaedic: Mumbai


- Cre-AID Labs is looking for a Medical Sales Representative for the Mumbai and Pune regions in the field of orthopedics. The role will include mapping and planning the revenue and P&L goals for the business unit and being responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line: MITHRIL splints: an alternative to a plaster cast.

Role And Responsibilities :

1. Forging, developing, and maintaining relationships with customers, and internal teams.

2. Identify and drive business development initiatives in the current and new accounts, including training and education of Hospital staff, HCPs, and Distributors.

3. Working closely with key stakeholders, which includes the sales, technology & product teams.

4. Responsible for product innovation, customer experience, channel strategy, and P&L; management.

5. Working on strategies for retention and referrals to increase company revenue.

6. Track and gather market data, the number of indicated surgeries, and gather and analyze competitor activities.

7. Drives adherence to sales KPIs, call average, customer coverage, working days, lead trackers, and product demonstrations.

8. Creating and pitching product presentations to prospective clients.

9. Documenting the updates on CRM and presenting it to the team weekly.

8. Motivating and monitoring the sales team progress

9. Monitoring and ensuring cost-effective use of funds for overheads, incentives pay-out, and marketing strategies.

8. Achievement of monthly sales target with alignment to quarterly activity plan.

Required experience and Skills :

1. Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excel. Strong understanding of technology and business.

2. Excellent knowledge and impressive track record of work in the orthotic and rehabilitation devices domain.

3. Has an impressive track record in sales, operation, and general management in B2B Sales.

4. Good Knowledge and experience in handling CRM software, like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.

5. Significant experience in setting up, managing, and leading a high-performing team.

6. Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills.

7. Experience in integrating customer needs, product design, and technology.

Qualifications :

1. 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, clinic, or medical devices.

2. You would have worked in B2B sales profiles with hospitals, Clinics, etc.

3. Education : UG or PG Graduate.

4. You would have handled a team in your previous role.

5. Employment Type : Full-Time, Permanent
