Customer Service Executive/Telecaller for US/UK outbound process.having an experience of 6months+ in B2B Lead generation and telecalling.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Generate leads in International Region for through Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.
- Identify prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases
- Responsible for handling International Markets in terms of lead generation, market research and would also be responsible.
- coordination, planning and execution of campaigns along with sales.
- Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities C
- Capable on using CRM system for day to day tracking of activities and sales pipeline
- Understand and design appropriate functional pitch/mailers to the managers for the focused segments
Shift: Rotational (24- 7)- UK / USA
Working days- 5 days(Sat and Sun Fixed off)
Experience Required : 1 year + in B2B Lead Generation
Educational Qualification : 10+2/HSC and above.
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Able to search data on their own
