Crayfish - Executive - Sales (2-3 yrs)
Hiring For Sales Officer, Sr.Sales Officer/Asst.Managers /Territory Managers/ASM/Branch Managers in Maharashtra, Gujarat,M.P, U.P, Bihar, Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Delhi and Punjab for consumer durable products.
Key responsibilities:
- Should possess good knowledge in sales & marketing of Electronics/Home Appliances/Cookware/Kitchenware products.
- Preparing & implementing sales strategy
- Managing a network of dealers and industrial customers
- Candidate should identify potential opportunities within client base & relevant stakeholders to accelerate business volume
- To meet sales target and keep tracks of the targets on monthly & quarterly basis
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone.
- Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations
- Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts
- Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements
Required Candidate profile
- Qualification - Graduate/Btech/MBA
- Experience-minimum 2 years in channel sales in consumer durables is a must.
- Should have good communication skills & presentation skills
- Needs to be sales driven and target oriented.
- Should have the ability to build value base, and enduring relationships with existing & potential clients
- Should have good organizational skills
