Cratis Media - Client Servicing Role (1-2 yrs)
Opening in client servicing
1. Client retention
2. Follow up with clients on campaigns update on daily basis
3. Meeting with clients for any concerns
4. Taking maximum budget from the clients and validations
5. Doing monthly billing to each client
6. Maintaining relationship with the clients
7. Understanding the requirements of client and proactive on any instruction given by client
8. Completing the task in timeline
9. Working to achieve the revenues on monthly basis .
10. Creating a pipeline for next month projections as per the client input
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Must be a Postgraduate with a min 1-2 year of experience Good communications written and verbal must be presentable and pleasing personality .Confident, smart & responsible for work and have a ownership taking attitude also social in nature, able to engage people and relationship building qualities .
