Crafter is a bootstrapped startup looking for a marketing manager to join us in building a technology that gives creatives in entertainment industry all over the world the power and flexibility to create insanely great music and movie content. We- re a team of six and we- re growing fast.

Crafter is a team collaboration app for the entertainment industry that was started in Hyderabad, India, and now has a presence in North America (New York). Through its platform, Crafter connects like-minded artists, filmmakers, producers and others from the realm of entertainment.

We've got a long and challenging road ahead of us - changing the way that people create movie and music content - and we can- t do it without an amazing growth hacker.

You

We- re looking for a marketing manager to:

i) Surge our user base to 10 K over the next 3 months

ii) put in place a system for measuring, reporting, and optimizing key user growth metrics

iii) use growth hacking techniques to improve class engagement and completion rates

Oh, and one note: You should be comfortable calling up and talking to users&clients
