Cradle Runways (I) Pvt. Ltd. (CRL) is an engineering company providing solutions for accessing all kinds of facades. The company is involved in Design, fabrication, procurement and installation of facade access systems. With over 800 systems in operation all over the Indian subcontinent, the company has a sterling reputation for quality and safety. Cradle Runways offers the complete range of facade access systems from eyebolts to davits to Building Maintenance Units. It is tied up with world leaders to provide aerial platforms, vertical platforms and scissor platforms. The focus is on practical and safe solutions designed to suit Indian conditions.

Currently, we are looking for Sales Manager at Dadar, Mumbai

1) Sales Manager-

a) Major Sales & Marketing Role.

- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers- expectations.

- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.

- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.

- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business. I will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

- Work area involves in Regional level and International Channel management.

- Handling customers like Builders & Architects for upcoming and current Glass Buildings & Hotels.

- Coordinating with the concerned departments like contract department for timely production of the order. Follow up with other departments like Engineering department for timely prepare of GAD drawing and approval.

- Identifies sales revenue trends by client and portfolio.

- Analyse monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial performance and prepare reports for each client portfolio team and Sales engineer showing actual versus target (budget) performance

- Ensure the sales team maintains a cost discipline in line with expectations

- Provide input into the development, implementation and monitoring of financial reporting and related systems.

- Direct the collection of financial and accounting information and the preparation of sales budgets, reports, forecasts, and consolidated profit and loss reports.

b) Collection Role.

- Monitor the outstanding of the client and collect the same with regular follow up with key personnel from client.

- Responsible for Advance collection for New order

b) Coordination Role with Operation Team.

- Coordinate with our operation team where need assist for technical negotiation with client for installation and handover

- Do the technical meeting with client for installation issue during the system installation.

Requirement :

- BE Mechanical or from other field with an experience of 8 + 10 years in Sales and Marketing can only apply

- Good communication in English.

- Smart,confident and good in multi tasking

- Candidate from Heavy Machinery, construction and Elevator company will only be preferred
