In this role you will be responsible for:

Content Ideation :

- Manage, develop and execute new content strategies across various online platforms.

- Create engaging copy as well as repurpose existing content for increased searchability and viewability.

- Responsible for video content - Create scripts and topics for videos and graphics (working with graphics person).

Content Distribution :

- Review all marketing collateral such as email, ad copy, website copy from an aspirational target audience perspective.

- Create social media calendar and execute content calendar across social media channels - Owned, Paid, and Earned.

Community Management :

- Manage Crackverbal's online reputation and branding and respond to customer's queries promptly across all our online platforms.

- Conduct student interviews and success stories and establish a pipeline of reviews and testimonials on a monthly basis.

- This role works closely with the Growth Team and Head of Growth.

Skills / Experience Required :

1) Native English Speaker - No exceptions here. We're looking for writers who can create shareworthy, informational pieces that pull the reader in from the very first sentence and keep them there to the last.

2) Experience in researching and writing In-Depth articles - No minimum amount of time here, but show us your work! :) We believe much more in the quality of the work you've already done than the amount of time you've done it.

3) Self-motivated - We are a fast-growing company looking for team members who are hard-working, ambitious, and always up for a challenge!

4) Experience with SEO - We will provide the SEO target keywords for each article, but would expect a good candidate for this role to be able to take things from there and craft an interesting piece based on that focus keyword.

5) You love Everything Education - Our students are very valuable to us. We put in lots of effort to help them achieve their MBA dreams. We hope you're as excited about EdTech as we are.

6) You enjoy Social Media - We are very ingrained on social media (Youtube, LinkedIn Groups, IG and FB) and ensure every comment is engaged with on a daily basis. If you are social media shy, perhaps we are not a good match.

Stand Out :

- Anything you can do in the application to show us your style of writing will definitely give you an edge and make us take notice.

- Writing samples are critical as they are the first pass in our applicant screening process, so show us your best work.

- In addition, you can also show me your style and personality in the Social Media section on the application form. That's the second place we look to see what sort of writing style you have :)

- While this is a content-focused role, experience with search engine optimization, inbound marketing, and copywriting are always a big plus. So don't be shy about telling us about your experiences there.
