CrackGMAT - Admission Councellor (2-8 yrs)
Job description :
We are looking to hire an experienced MBA admission councellor, who can
- Talk to the leads recieved (applicants who have taken GMAT) - Indian and US citizens
- Inform them about our company and USPs
- Inform them about the application deadlines and prospective B-schools which would be a good fit for them
- Convert them to buy MBA admission consulting services from us
- Match the onboarded applicant with one of our admission consultants who has experience working in the same/similar industry
- Take regular feedback from the applicant and ensure that the application process is quality driven and the admission consultants are adhering to the process defined for them
A good fit would be someone who has :
- Good experience of converting leads (who have taken GMAT) into taking MBA admission consulting services
- Experience of interacting with Indian and US clients
- Knowledge and experience of B-schools globally - their USPs, application deadlines etc.
Location is not a constraint and it is a work from home role
