As a Customer Support Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will provide technical support to users.
Qualifications :
- Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing online support and technical support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Experience in the education sector or online learning platforms is a plus
