Lead Generation Sales Executive(Cold Calling)


Job Description :

- Identify business opportunities by recognizing prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

- Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology

- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

- Identifies new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

- To effectively manage time in order to achieve set targets, in line with agreed productivity targets.

- To plan and prioritize customer/prospect contacts to ensure achievement of agreed business targets.

- To successfully target and bring on board SME and blue-chip companies to further enhance the client database.

- To negotiate and manage new business appointment arrangements for the external sales team.

- To maintain the required volume of outbound calls and maintain agreed standards of response rates on incoming calls.

- To use personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles as part of daily activities.

- To contribute towards company targets and profit by way of meeting and/or exceeding set targets, objectives and expectations.

- To use prospect and customer contact tools and systems (CRM), to manage the day to day running of the business.

- To demonstrate a flexible attitude if requested to assist in other areas of the business as and when required.

- To communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

Key Skills :

- Previous experience in a technical (Information Security related) sales role is essential.

- Experience in CERT-In empaneled organization is an added advantage

- Preferable experience in sales related to Network & Web Application security audits.

- A broad technical understanding and experience in selling security solutions is preferable but not essential.

- Excellent communication and attention to detail.

- Good presentation skills.

- Creativity to portray the company from the pack.
