CoverYou - Relationship Manager - Claims Vertical (2-3 yrs)
Profile Description :
The job holder will be responsible for being the mediator between the insurance company and the customer for any query & support related to the claims. He need to use a proactive approach to delivering exceptional processes and standards that enable the delivery of excellent service and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Listen to the customer and customize a claim service programme to meet his or her needs
- Manage and facilitate the overall delivery of our customer's claim services
- Serve as our customer's claim implementation and transition specialist
- Serve as our customer's single point of contact in resolving customer issues or concerns
- Uphold relationships and communication with insurance departments and clients.
- Ensure quality management of claims in accordance with best practices
Skills & Qualifications Required :
- Good communication & understanding skills
- Insurance or health care experience 2-3 years preferred.
- Significant experience in Claims Processing and Quality Control practices
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a self-managed environment with little supervision and high expectations for timely system updates and partnership related data reporting.
- Knowledge of MS Excel
