Course5 Intelligence - Social Media Marketing Role (5-10 yrs)

Specific responsibilities:

Social Media (organic and paid)

- Design and Execute social media strategies to achieve marketing targets

- Will be responsible for brand propulsion, ORM and generating leads

- Generate substantial follower base on our social handles (Li, TW, Fb) and also build good engagements for those posts both from internal and external audiences

- Responsible to drive in innovative strategies best suited for achieving targets as well as execution of them

- Manage, create and publish original, high quality content

- Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content

- Liaise with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

- Collaborate with Solutions and Product development teams to create social - buzz-

- Respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions

- Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development

- Possesses well developed analytical ability to extract insight from data and plan next steps across multiple marketing mediums

- Manage and execute social paid campaigns effectively

- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network

- Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy

- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices (Monitors the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations)

Email Marketing

- Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling

- Ensuring emailer dispatches have all regulatory compliances like GDPR, CCPA etc.

- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates

- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features

- Ensure prompt and accurate communication via email to minimize unsubscribes

- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices

- Hands-on experience on automation platforms like act-on, marketo, pardot etc

Required experience & skills:

- 5+ years of experience in executing in Digital Marketing

Social Media

- Proven work experience as a Social media strategist

- Social advertising campaign management and optimization

- Excellent Communication (verbal and written) and Interpersonal skills.

- Team player, have ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges.

- Good command over English language

- Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness

- Good command over MS office (excel/doc/ppt)

- Hands on experience on any good graded marketing automation tools

- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics

- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them

- Excellent multitasking skills and zeal to go beyond

Email Marketing

- Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

- Proficiency in marketing automation technology

- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines

- Knowledge on automation tools
