Country Sales Manager - Electrical Manufacturing Firm (5-10 yrs)
Our client is one of the leading electronics manufacturer, with pan-India presence.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Driving sales and revenue numbers nationwide.
- Analysing product performance and providing insights to drive profits.
- Working closely with regional sales leads to forecast revenue numbers and closely follow up on sales funnel and conversion metrics to realize and exceed the promised results.
- Closely track critical customer accounts.
- Deal with big ticket clients and work on hacks to exponentially expanding the client base.
- Attending trade shows, conferences and promotional events to stay updated with changing market sentiment and new entrants.
- Thinking beyond traditional selling and exploring untrodden paths to accelerate growth metrics.
The Profile :
- You have at least 5 years experience within a Regional or National sales role, ideally in consumer durables industry.
- A proven track record of achieving aggressive targets would be highly preferred.
- You have the ability to network your way through any deal and always stay focussed on closing.
- You understand the critical nature of sales cycles and are always on your toes when it comes to delivering.
- You have built and lead high performing teams in the past.
- You are always on a lookout for business opportunities, innovative ways of achieving results and believe in taking ownership.
