Country Manager - Sales Operations - Financial Institutions/FMCG (9-12 yrs)

Our Client is a Global MNC and is expanding its operations in Nepal market. They are looking for a Country Manager who can run their operations in the Nepal Market.

Reporting to the Regional Director, this person would be responsible for -

1) Driving the development and implementation of country and office based business plans which address country needs and are aligned to country's strategic milestones

2) Setting and monitoring office level KPIs to support the implementation of the country's business plan

3) Improving country business performance by identifying and maximizing opportunities for leverage of knowledge, skills and infrastructure from the regional team

4) Developing and monitoring budgets and financial performance of the country

5) Developing and maintaining a strong sales and service culture within the business

6) Identifying, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability objectives for the Country for overall business

7) Leading and supporting Office Managers to improve Sales productivity through the implementation of benchmarks and the increase of sales skills through training

8) Driving the ongoing development and maintenance of service and client management performance standards and benchmarks for the country

9) Driving and guiding the country's participation in and execution of global improvement projects

10) Building, developing and strengthening the brand through events, web marketing, promotion campaigns, PR programs, marketing communications and customer service efforts

11) Providing timely feedback and advice to the Regional Director on the management of country business and on issues arising from contractual relationships, legal structures and key operational topics

An ideal candidate should have a management degree and a Sales Operations experience preferably in a Financial institution or FMCG sector. One should be a highly skilled leader with a proven ability to motivate and lead a diverse management team to achieve demonstrable outcomes for the benefit of the organisation and key stakeholders. Knowledge of the Nepal Market is an added advantage.
