Country Manager - Sales - Freight Forwarding (14-20 yrs)

- Accountable for creating strategic vision for the business that stems from organization's strength and builds on its competitive advantages. He will be responsible for the fiscal and operational oversight, leadership, direction and overall management to provide quality service, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency that ensures growth and profitability goals. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. Maintain and grow business volume and profitability in the organization whilst driving productivity and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Sales & Business Development

Responsible for business development, sales, marketing and Customer /business retention - both key and non key customers

Resource optimization - Allocating and managing sales resources optimally

Business Development - Identify/Develop new business opportunities, Ensure consistent revenue growth in the country.

- Achieve assigned revenue and volume targets of the country.

- Responsible for P&L of the country.

B. ORGANISATIONAL MANAGEMENT

- Lead, direct and manage in the overall governance of the organization that all regional functions execute service agreements at, or above the customer's standards.

- Maintain standards of performance in terms of criteria such as customer services, product quality, technological leadership, market share and financial measures that will meet expectations of the investors, the Consumers and all other stake holders.

- Develop and execute policies, plans and programs to meet anticipated organizational needs in the areas of functional responsibility and ensure compliance with corporate policies and guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

- Review analysis of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine progress toward stated business development goals and objectives.

- Ensure that all established international procedures, plans and programs for the Company are understood and implemented within region to achieve international revenue and profit goals.

- Implementation and utilization of consistent approaches in region sales and operational process.

Brand Value - differentiation with competition and brand promotion.

Perform Customer satisfaction surveys and follow up action to improve Brand ratings

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS :

Permanent residents/Citizens

MUST HAVES :

- Min 10 yrs Freighting forwarding industry experience

- Must have handled commercial or P&L (region / product)
