Counter Sales Role - Gaming Technology (1-5 yrs)
- Opening in a leading gaming technology company. Providing customers with Prompt, Efficient, and Courteous Service. Interacting with potential customers. Ensuring a smooth operation of the gaming activity. Making bookings, and minor maintenance.
Location : Sarjapur RD; Police Verification Must.
Roles :
- Sales : Provide clear and concise information about the gaming activity and convert customers
- Ops: take and manage bookings for time slots, ensure efficient and impeccable service experience
- maintenance: inventory management and daily opening-closing and weekly checklists. Minor repair for upkeep of the gaming activity
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring efficient and optimum operation of the gaming activity
- Communication with various departments for the smooth operation of the activity
- Improve brand image, and maximise sales
