1. Displaying merchandise and promoting materials
2. Greeting and advising customers on quality and trends of jewelery
3. Explaining cuts, carats, color, and clarity in jewelry and gems to customers
4. Providing estimate on repairing luxurious and custom jeweleries
5. Suggesting jewelry designs to customers suitable for certain occasions
6. Preparing bills, providing warranty certificate, wrapping merchandise, making invoices, and collecting payment
