Educational qualification: Any graduate with relevant work experience

Work experience :

- Around 1 to 2 of relevant work experience as a Counselor in a reputable organization

- Around 2 to 4 of relevant work experience as a Sr. Counselor in a reputable organization

- Should have good English Communication Skills

Job Profile :

- Tele-Marketing & promoting the programs offered by Academy, counselling and recruiting students.

- Meet the branch revenue targets

- Establish & maintain working relationships with the Centre Head, Regional & Corporate office.

- Implementation of Systems and Processes

- Coordinate activities with regards to students.

- Submit individual promotional plans.

Skills :

- Good Organization skills and leadership skills and attention to detail.

- A "Can do approach" to work and a strong sense of commitment towards work.

- A good understanding of the BFS (Banking, Financial Services) Industry and a sound knowledge about Programs offered by First Bankjob Academy is essential.

- Good communication skills and command of spoken and written English.

- Very pleasing and friendly personality.

- Attitude of counsel and advice.

- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other members of the Public of all age groups and social backgrounds.

- Constant updating of information relating to Education etc.,

- Willingness to work long hours and unsociable hours whenever necessary

CTC: (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
